Last week I wore my fancy dress, Jacob wore a cardi and we went out on the town to eat the most delicious food we could find. For a while, I saved up my debit card rewards and I redeemed it last week, as a birthday present to myself, for a gift card to Ruth's Chris Steak House! I am not even a steak person but I had been once before and oh my goodness was that food good. I wanted to go back so badly. Well, it was no disappointment. Jacob got the filet and shrimp, I got garlic crusted halibut and we shared broccoli au gratin and garlic mashed potatoes. Then we got some complimentary chocolate cake with raspberries a la mode.
